I am a person that holds many different hats. I am married. We have two boys one is 13 years old and the
other is 4 years old.
This is my twelve year as an educator. I was a Spanish teacher for 10 years, ann know I am the Librarian at Ringgold
Elementary. I graduated from the University of Texas Pan-American with a BA in Spanish, and from Sam Houston State Univeristy
with a MA in Library Science.
Above everything the thing I enjoy the most is reading.

Taking a break from work

Traveling is Great!
I love to travel with my family. This summer we spent a week in Overgaard,
AZ. Among other local attractions, we visited the Grand Canyon and the Petrified Forest. On the way back home
we stopped in Roswell, NM at the UFO Museum and at the Carlsbad National Caverns. It was a great learning experience
both for me and for my children.
